To schedule an appointment to discuss your needs, please call 561-473-5723 or email healinghands@healinghandshs.com. We can speak with you over the phone, in our office, at the hospital, or at your home. Our administrator will conduct an initial assessment of your requirements and explain how we can best serve you in most cases. This includes reviewing your medical history and physician orders or determining your workforce’s strong and weak areas. When you decide to use our services, the administrator will develop a personalized care plan to meet your unique care or staffing needs. The Admin will also have you sign authorization forms to initiate the plan of care or staffing.
Will my insurance cover your services?
Because insurance policies differ, we cannot say with certainty which companies will cover our services. However, most Long-Term Care policies cover our services. If you have Medicare and cover home healthcare services, choosing one of their authorized providers may be financially advantageous. We are an Accredited Medicare Home Health Agency Provider. HEALING HANDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC may assist you by having a nurse care for you in your home if you require additional care beyond what Medicare covers and/or if it prevents or delays your admission to the hospital or an extended care facility. We are happy to collaborate with any current specialist or personal physicians to ensure that all of your needs are met.

We handpick every person we welcome to be a part of our team because we expect nothing less than quality from our staff.

If you are an area agency on aging clients, we will bill them directly, and therefore you will not receive a bill from us.
How much do you charge?
